Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown

Clean, location was good

Asked for valet services, came to hotel late one night and had to go into hotel twice to say that we needed a valet. Waited 15 minutes not happy.

Wonderful hotel- clean, convenient location, friendly staff, large rooms, restaurant and bar have good food and drinks. Fabulous view from our room.

Room had a stale smell of old fast food. Property shows signs of aging. Room was very dark even with all the lights on.

It was our worst experience at Sheraton ever. Multiple times we requested for water and tea and never got it. TV remote was broken and was waiting over guest service line for an hour with no response. Room AC didn’t work and was cold.

An outstanding service provided by James at the front desk. He greeted us warmly and made the entire check-in process smooth and stress-free. He was so patient, and willing to help with anything we needed. He is professional kind, and positive attitude towards my family. I highly appreciate James service and would definitely recommend this hotel because of him.

location was great. the price was right. the facility was clean. the bed was comfy. the staff courteous. everything was wonderful. we highly recommend this hotel again. we will choose this hotel again.

we didn't have longer time to stay. we didn't get to try the food or drinks. we are disappointed we didn't stay here before. hopefully we will be back to philly soon. next time will be just as good or better.

This is hotel is dated and dirty. The lobby is very outdated and underwhelming. Checked in late at night and the front desk staff looked completely unprofessional. Plain white t shirts no uniforms or anything saying they worked for Sheraton. Got to my room and the door to the cabinet that holds the refrigerator was broken off. Also my toilet would not flush, maintenance came up and found a bar of soap jammed in the toilet preventing it from flushing. The carpet in the rooms is dated and dirty. Also the Sheraton Club lounge morning breakfast is awful, very runny powdered eggs and sauce that looked like it had been cooked a week ago. Management should not be proud of them selves at this facility.

There was a mouse in my room in the 15th floor! I had to change rooms.

Paula B took very excellent care of me and all my needs were met with five star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Grade A customer service. her professionalism and everything was top-tier, and I appreciate the care and the focus that she made throughout my stay.
