"Clean place very friendly and helpful staff and it in the center of downtown Philly, everything is in walking distance"

Close by to every thing in the center of downtown

The staff was very friendly to check me into my room early, the only issue was my bathroom had no plumbing, it was being worked on which the staff changed my room

Overall staff especially at the cafe lacked care for guest and guest needs. Waiting over an hour for food, did not receive drinks until the end of my meal.

"Do not stay here if you want a good night sleep"

This was the worst Marriott property I have ever stayed at. 1. In the evening it took 10 minutes for the shower to get hot. 2. The lounge did not have warm food at night. 3. My room 2010 had a motion detector light that turned on when I rolled over in bed! I was awoken several times by the light turning on! It was sincerely the worst night of sleep I have ever had at a Marriott property.

"Best Time Ever"

We had an amazing experience at the Sheraton. Alicia was unbelievably kind, gave us waters, and helped us out. Jazmyn was sweet. Tianda was also sweet and gave us hot chocolate vouchers! Woo hoo!!

"A great stay with great service"

I had a great stay at the Sheraton. The beds were extremely comfortable and the staff was super kind and helpful. I really had a great experience with Tianda, Jazmyn VB, and Alicia H. They were all extremely helpful to me at the front desk and answered all our questions in a kind manor.

"Enjoyed the comfortable room in the centrally located Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown"

Great view from room 2039. Comfortable beds. Room was clean. Hot apple cider in the lobby was a really nice touch on a chilly evening. Location was great--we were able to walk to a restaurant and the concert venue after.

No desk chair. Spotty wifi, which was an issue as one of us needed to work from the room. Hotel staff offered to change our room but at that time we were going to an event so it would've been inconvenient.
