2417 at Lihue Oceanfront Resort

Unorganized. Confusing. Construction every where. Dirty. Over priced. Horrible bar. Rainy side of the island

Great location and close to the airport.

Construction was happening during our stay, front desk was relocated to a different area. Lots of area were blocked off or closed. Felt like a maze just to get to the restaurant or pool/beach.

On the ocean. Even a partial ocean view is dramatic. We were on the pool side level one so easy access to the pool and hot tub.

I didn’t know it was under renovation. However the restaurant was very close to our room and we ate there six times. The renovation created an obstacle course from front desk to room since the lobby was inaccessible. Every guest I ran into was having fun with the confusion.

The staff was helpful and took care of room issues quickly.

They are going through temporary construction but it was still great. Next time the gym could be available.

The Pool and Restaurant was good.

The Lobby was under construction but we where not told.

Private beach is great Pool area is clean and well maintained The restaurant was clean and staff was friendly Food was great Rooms are clean and spacious.

suggestions: - add a credit card to all vending machines - no one uses cash anymore - add a laundry/dryer facility in the hotel - add a microwave to the rooms...using a communal microwave is terrible.
