Wir waren insgesamt drei Tage vor Ort. Der check-in verlief problemlos. An unserem Zimmer (Maya Dschungel Suite) angekommen wurde uns ein Upgrade angeboten, welches wir jedoch ablehnten. Da wir in der Nebensaison da waren , war sehr wenig los. Das Restaurant MAIA war gar nicht besucht, was uns schon zu denken gegeben hat. Daher können wir über das Essen nichts sagen. Die Preise der Getränke sind schon etwas gehobener für mexikanische Verhältnisse (eine Coca Cola Light aus der Dose umgerechnet 5€). Wasser gibt es an gewissen Stationen umsonst. Das Hotel an sich ist schön gelegen, der Strand ein absoluter Traum. Wofür das Hotel nichts kann ist das Seegras. Damit muss man immer und überall rechnen!! Das Hotel ist nicjt mehr so ganz auf dem neusten Stand. In jeder Suite/Hütte könnte msn etwas renovieren. Bezüglich Stromausfall: wir haben einmal in der Nacht für eine Millisekunde einen Stromausfall gehabt. Danach spring direkt wieder alles an. Wir würden das Hotel grundsätzlich weiterempfehlen allerdings nicht in der Nebensaison , da es doch schon fast wie ausgestorben ist.

A truly unique experience inside the national park, surrounded by nature and just steps from the beach. The atmosphere was beautiful and peaceful. The staff was kind and welcoming, and they even offered us a bottle of champagne for our honeymoon, which was a very nice touch.

The comfort level was honestly below what we expected from a property presenting itself as a 5-star experience. We understand the natural concept, but it should still be possible to combine nature with a higher level of comfort and amenities.

O design, tudo é lindo. Temos a impressão de que dormimos numa obra de arte. Apreciamos muito a intimidade do alojamento. Tinha rede mosquitos🙏 e um mini frigorífico para meter a água e fruta As infraestruturas da praia são incríveis e lindas A vibe do hotel é incrível

Os preços do restaurante são muito excessivos. Seria apreciado que o hotel tivesse um serviço para tirar algas, coisa pouca, apenas numa área de 1m , ou aplicar um tapete por cima do sargaço , para que pudéssemos tomar banho no mar apesar do sargaço

Really nicely built and pretty. On the beach. Close to the Tulum ruins archaeological park. Staff were pleasant and worked hard to maintain cleanliness.

The hotel is in the national park so there’s checkpoints to get in and out. No plastic is allowed on site so bringing in your own water bottles or even food (eg fruit) in plastic containers from the supermarket is a problem and inconvenient. Although the hotel pitches itself as luxe, the food served was below the standard I expected. This was disappointing as it then meant trekking out of the hotel to the main town to have meals etc and with the plastic issue we couldn’t bring back much into the hotel. The treehouses don’t have a mosquito net and the sargassum (seaweed) like other hotels was not being cleaned up so the beach view wasn’t fantastic.

L’hôtel est dans un environnement calme.

La climatisation fonctionnait mal : bien que nous l’ayons réglée au minimum, il faisait tout de même très chaud dans la chambre. L’eau de la douche était froide et le restaurant de l’hôtel est très cher. De plus, l’hôtel étant situé dans une zone protégée, il faut payer des frais supplémentaires chaque jour pour y accéder. Par conséquent, lors des excursions, les prestataires ne peuvent pas venir vous chercher directement à l’hôtel : il faut marcher plus de 30 minutes, et l’établissement ne propose aucun service de navette, ce qui est assez surprenant compte tenu du prix de la chambre. Le wifi ne marchait pas. En résumé, le rapport qualité-prix ne correspond pas du tout au niveau de service proposé.

Séjour de rêve dans complexe exceptionnel. Logement au top. Personnel très accueillant et disponible.
