Tired place. No elevator. Plugs could have been redone one was loose in the wall

The front desk staff was amazing and very helpful!

The location is very sketchy. There was a sign in the parking area saying "Park at your own risk". Definitely rises the eyebrows! The building itself needs some improvements. Even though the hotel says the rooms are non-smoking, we got a room with a very strong cigarette odor. Thankfully, the lady at the front desk switched the rooms for us. Otherwise, we would need to look for a different hotel, and request a refund for this one, as we booked a non-smoking room. The cleanliness of the facility was also questionable; especially in the 1st floor hallway. The breakfast could have more choices, like eggs, more fresh fruits, etc. Definitely not worth the money we paid.

Clean. Comfortable beds. Good location.

Vending machines were out of order. Available Laundry was the reason we chose to stay here and paid a premium compared to other hotels in town but it was out of order and we had to find a laundromat anyway. Night staff didn't speak much English and was hard to communicate with.

It is obvious that there has been remodeling done on the building which is a good thing. But small things in our room shows that the contractor did not seem to care. Around the air conditioner unit there was molding on the top of the unit but the sides were left bare of the molding. It would have been nice to see a finished look all the way around. In the bathroom by the toilet the painting was not finished on the right side. These little things may not matter to most guest but I would have appreciated a finished look.

Breakfast was early bird only. It was mostly gone by 8 am.

We never could get WIFI or TV working because of the change over. It would be good to get someone in to work on getting ROKU up in the rooms, and getting the WIFI working again.

Comfy bed and pillows, room was cleaned well and stocked, breakfast had several nice options. Female front desk attendant was very kind and helpful at check out. Cleaning staff was very kind and cheerful.

Did not feel welcomed by gentleman at the front desk, felt like he did not want us there. The TV reception kept going out at least every minute. Requested a room close to parking due to medical condition, was given a room right in middle of hotel that was the furthest from any parking and we walked by several empty rooms so it felt as this was intentional. Was not informed of any amenities like wifi and breakfast, I had to ask. Phone in room didn't work when we tried to call to get wifi code. We were charged a small fee in the night, when I asked why, the man at the front desk dismissed my question and said that is what hospitallties do. There were only 3 tables at the breakfast area, we needed to carry breakfast to room because it was not possible to find an empty table.
