Their ability to accommodate us, even at 3am. Great location, clean and comfy! Breakfast was great.

The doors could use some WD40, they all squeaked terribly. And could of used some more liquid creamers.

There was a hot tub advertised with my room on the website when I booked. There was no hot tub. That was deceptive. The TV didn't work and there was a line through the screen. There was no soap. The room was overpriced.

Was clean when we arrived. Beds were comfortable

Toilet leaked badly and didn’t work properly even after bowl was filled manually. Bathroom door knob was so loose it didn’t latch to the door frame. Hot and cold water levers were on the wrong sides at sink. One outlet did not work at all. They changed our furniture one day without our knowledge, leaving clothes on our beds and there was a woman’s blouse left in the clothes pile that we returned to the front desk. Owner said he would address these things but never did. He seemed to be overwhelmed by a hotel in transition We got charged some $730 for a 4 night stay - way over the posted rates of $590. Still not sure how this happened and what to do about it

Location & quality upkeep

I e-mailed 3 times to confirm I could check in about 8:15 pm, after the posted check in times were from 3-7pm. I was going on a jeep tour earlier that day & it was not possible to arrive before 8:00. I never received a reply from the hotel letting me know this would work. I did show up about 8:20 & there was a worker at the front desk who checked me in. A response to an email inquiry would have been appreciated.
