"I would like a refund for our stay."

McDonald’s

Paid 197.00 for one night for this hotel was just not worth it. Dissatisfied. We rode our motorcycles from Arizona and needed a comfortable place to spent the night. This room was horrible. Towel rack in the bathroom was hanging sideways out of the wall. The TV didn’t work, vending machines were empty and the area was very sketchy. The appearance outside was slumpish. We have stayed in many quality inn hotels and this was very disappointing. I will never stay here again nor recommend this area.

"Misleading Ammenities"

I booked my stay based on advertising that there was a pool and hot tub. I actually paid more for those services. When I arrived I was told that the pool is actually at Parks & Rec and they were closed for the night. I would have stayed at another property for less money. The description of the property was misleading.

The door handle to the room didn’t work. We pushed the door and it opened. The handle was barely hanging on. Then the owner man handled it and told us “it’s just tricky and once we are in the room then it’s fine”. The receptionist was great though
