"This hotel is not what it seems"

Rude staff. I didn't even stay my days that were pre-paid. There were issues about my pets.... Also I saw another person staying there with a huge dog and it clearly said no vicious breeds. He had a cane corso. There was mold in the bathroom..... It just was a horrible experience. They wanted me to pay a certain amount for my dogs. I told them that I plan to leave before my date which was already paid so I would pay for the days up to that present day for my dogs and the GM called the police on me. I agreed to leave and had a much better experience somewhere else. I would encourage anyone to not stay here

We did not stay because there were roaches in the room. We had to book another room in another hotel.

The rooms had roaches. We did not stay and requested our money back...still waiting for a refund. The girl working the front desk was nice and accommodating
