"The stay was great other than the one rude, condescending, and no customer service skills."

I liked the fact that they were pet friendly and had smoking rooms. I also loved that they had an area for guests to wash and dry their laundry.

I didn’t like the one employee that I encountered on the last day of my stay there. She was very rude, condescending, and just had no customer service experience at all. I wish I had gotten her name but other than that all the other employees were great and always very helpful.

Nothing

The room was super gross. Smelled horribly strong of weed, there was mold on the base boads, bathroom was absolutely disgusting, half of the outlets didnt work, sheets were dirty. Also paid the $50 deposit i never got back and I was only in the room for 7 hours and didnt even sleep under the covers. There were whacked out druggies screaming outside the door at 4 am! STAY AWAY
