Stepping from car into room.

The insane inability of the manager to reason. I was booked for 30 days. Called three times to verify prior to two days' drive. Was told we do 28 days only, I don't care who here verified your contract, I'm the manager. Was thrown out on the street. Zero compromise. Would have gladly not cared about two days with no credit back. We only do 28 days. We're canceling your contract. Was so insane I just said, "Okay, take care," and left. Life is so interesting.
