This hotel was horrible when I tried to check in the woman brought me to a room to see if there was hot water which there wasn't she said she would try to fix it by the next day there were roaches on the walls I told her it was unexable and said I would go else where she started getting loud saying it was too late I would loose my money I have been using this site for years and never saw anything what I seen when she opened that door I would highly recommend someone to look into this before someone else loses there hard earned money

"Pointless waste of time and money."

It was clean and we had a downstairs room.

No hot water, the heat went out in the first room, no microwave in the first room. They moved us to another room but still no not water. We just checked out early and went somewhere else. They didn’t have my cash deposit to refund me so they sent it to my card which I did not want to happen as I told them I did not want that to happen. I won’t be going back to that location

"Been about as good to pitch a tent under a bridge."

It’s nice and clean.

No hot water. Killed a couple bugs in the room. Beds are extremely uncomfortable and worn out.

I liked that it was close to everything and the interstate.

We didn’t have hot water. We were not told until we arrived at 9 pm. We were compensated for it either and wasn’t offered anything. The floor in the bathroom was not stuck down properly. The whole facility needs a makeover.

"Do not stay here"

Nothing

There was mold in the room, exposed wires, there was no hot water for 2 days and nights. They offered a discount at the end of checkout which was only 20 bucks. We ended up having to take baths at our family's Airbnb. We had a child and a toddler there is no reason we had to go through this much and no hot water for so long. The pics look nice but the rooms are condemnable and the health department needs to shut this place down. Black mold is not good for anyone.

Shower was aweful, room needed repairs. One inch gap under entry door very lil hot water. Shower diverter needed replaced
