All ways like staff and morning breakfast.

Asked for matainace to repair a light next to bed but never showed . I only asked once. S

The room/bed was very comfortable & breakfastwas good.

It was quiet, bed comfortable.

Apparently you need to request housekeeping on check in, I wasn't asked and was disappointed coming back from a memorial. Abbie at the desk Sunday morning really couldn't be bothered, she looked bored and did not engage. After all that, housekeeping had a tip envelope on the desk.

Clean, comfortable room with all amenities in working order. Nice sized shower.

The staff was well-attentive to requests. The room was clean and just right for our family. Breakfast was just the right size. Unfortunately, the pool was closed; however, the staff was super apologetic about the fact, as it was receiving upgrades.

The location was right off of I-81, with easy access to main roads. There were ample shopping locations, restaurants, and quick marts/gas stations for essentials all within less than a 10-minute drive.

The room (technically a 'suite') was beautiful and a good value.

The hotel was clean. Cleaning a maintenance people was extremely nice.

In our first room, we had no water to the toilet after my children had used the bathroom. The maintenance guy said we'd have to change rooms bc it was a water issue and beyond his ability. We then heard that the pool was closed, during the booking we didn't see that the pool was closed. When I inquired at the front desk, the front desk guy was extremely rude. He said we could use the pool across the street, but they'd have to call to make those arrangements. If their guest were using it, we'd be out of luck. I then asked if they were offering any compensation bc it was obvious that not all accommodations were honored. He snapped back with that's what happens when you go through a 3rd party! Take it up with them. I will never stay at this hotel again.
