The location was great, the room was subpar as far as quality of the room for the price. Also the valet parking was mandatory and $86 a night which was ridiculous. The staff was great though and very accommodating.

The tile in the bathroom grout was cracked, the sink was cracked, and did not drain very well, the room was subpar as far as expectations for the price. Valet parking was $86 a night which was ridiculous but mandatory to stay there.

The room needed some better repairs.

Property was clean, and well kept..within walking distance to activities, The Bar and restaurant was a bonus in case you want to stay in. Room was clean, but no microwave, or coffee, $86 per night to park seemed excessive. Upon arrival misplaced the card I used to make my booking online, as I frantically searched the young lady at the desk asked me to step aside so that she could assist another guest, I was ultimately helped with my check in process by a young man named “Dakota”, he reassured me everything was fine and we could get this figured out!, and he did!, this young man was absolutely amazing!, he exemplified the kind of calm and patience everyone should have working in guest services!, would like to personally thank Dakota for taking the stress from my check in experience!, you are one of the best!

Zunächst teilte man mir mit, dass das gebuchte Zimner mit Lake View nicht verfügbar sei - erst auf Intervention meinerseits klappte es. Die Sauberkeit und die tlw. mangelnde Fubktionvon Detsils (Safe zum Beispiel)

Arthur the Manager and Brandon were Excellent they made sure we got a great room with a great view of the wheel and Macy pier and away from the lifts. They were very helpful. Rooms were spacious and very clean free am coffee in the lobby was nice and free coffee and kettle to the rooms upon request. Just under the tunnel to the navy pier and the Michigan lake/beach so close even to the city Maccas and 711 around the corner buses close by to go to the large museum one stop for $2.25 great value
