"Fun like family even on business"

Ryan and Chef Mike were the best ever made you feel like you were right at home with family. Not to mention the drinks by Ryan were awesome and the food by Chef Mike was amazing. Mr. Marcus at the check in desk was great and Dwight the GM made sure all my accommodations were met with all packages delivered for business trip. Hands down one of the best hotel staff I have encountered and I stay at alot of hotels

First room was booked for balcony. But the a/c was extremely loud. Second room didnt have the balcony I paid for but the front desk gave us a breakfast voucher. One of the beds had blood on the sheets.

"The Ryan Experience"

Ryan, was 10/10! One of the most amazing bar tenders I’ve after encounter. Highly recommend. Ryan the bartender made sure we were doing exceptionally well. Everyone needs a Ryan at the bar.

Staff was very friendly (especially Marcus) and helpful. Gym, pool and hot tub were nice. I liked the shower head and doors. Bed was comfortable

- Biggest issue for me was that the shower floor was slippery when wet. I slipped once but did not get hurt. Seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen. - Pool and hot tub were closed to guests Saturday evening because it was rented to a private party. - lots of marks (scratches or scrapes?) in the toilet bowl - flimsy toilet seat
