"Disgusting. Filthy. Wouldn’t go back."

Location was helpful.

We arrived at 9pm and I had to wait in reception for someone to come and check us in as the desk was unmanned. The room was absolutely filthy. Dirty bed sheets, mouldy shower and stick gross stuff on the carpets. I complained upon check out as we just needed to get our 1 year old to sleep. No manager available to speak to. Offered 15% refund but was told it couldn’t be done immediately as the “systems were down”. So unsure if I’ll ever get a refund of any sort.

The room stunk. Odor was unbearable. They did not offer to move me to another room or offer a refund.

"Yuck!"

Dirty place, our door latch was busted, floor wasnt vacuumed, hair in the shower. They also stole my deposit saying we smoked in the room when we don’t even smoke! The manager Grace Rold refuses to email me back about it.
