No hot water to shower

The room was not clean—stained sheets, stained walls, dirty tub, dirt collected in all the corners. There were even ants crawling around.

Location is the only good thing about this hotel

Room wasn’t clean, some lights didn’t work, the bathroom door was broken, smelled like cigarettes, very thin walls, A/C unit extremely loud.

We were able to have our two reserved rooms next to each other.

The pool was closed. The rooms were not very clean. Continental breakfast was below expectations. No coffee, only cereal, bagels, and a waffle maker.

Shower was filthy and it wouldn't drain! The TV remote didn't work, I called the front desk on the dirty phone, they said I had to come down to the lobby to switch it out. But when I got there the manager stopped the front desk from giving it to me and instead suggested that I go back to my room and reset the Dish box. It worked... for a little while. I unsuccessfully tried the reset trick several times again and eventually gave up and went to bed. There's no elevator, concrete stairs are so cracked it's hard to believe they're still holding together! The outside area is so dirty with trash everywhere. I'm giving it 2 stars because the bedding was comfortable. I highly recommend staying somewhere else!

Would not recommend this hotel. The first room we checked into on the third floor (no elevator) smelled of pet urine. Second room was fine but it was not very clean. Stains on the sink and shower. Needs updated. Did not feel comfortable drinking the sink water due to the lack of cleanliness.

Great location but pool was waiting for city to approve???

Parking good. A/C very good. Good location for me. Many electrical outlets

Breakfast was skimpy. No electrical outlets near bed. Insecure web access. Shower was starting to get mold.
