"Dirty but slept well."

Slept well. Air worked. Parking good.

Fridge didn't work. Spider on pillow. Not very clean. Bedding not quite clean & bedding looked a bit lumpy. Bathroom not quite clean. Security concerns - shared door to another room not very secure.

There was a fire, we didn’t even get to sleep till after 4am due to the alarms not being able to turn off. It was a miserable night.

Didn't like the room very dirty bed had stains curtains had stains the mattress had stains stains on the floor in the bathroom refrigerator did not work check out a day early and went to another hotel

The room was clean, neat, and well presented. There was a small hole in the bottom of the bathroom door but I didn't notice any other damage. I wasn't disturbed by noise. The breakfast was average for a hotel breakfast but a good one at this room price point. I was looking for an inexpensive room but I was a little leery of this hotel because of some of the negative reviews but I was pleasantly surprised! If I need a room in that area again I will stay there.

The desk clerk at check in could have been more personable but he was professional, efficient, and capablely got me checked in.
