"Convenient cool, clean I guess it was in decent shape for the price"

It was fairly convenient

I understand it was a reasonable price, but it needed work. I had asked three times to get our shower fixed and I was given some really bad excuse about how it was a handicap shower, but the showerhead kept flopping around everywhere.

"Nice place"

The location is close to downtown St. Augustine, the pool is nice, the ease of parking, beds are pretty comfortable, the breakfast is good, they have a shuttle bus, and they allow pets.

The showers need a better barrier to prevent water from going on the floor and maybe a little more space for the bathroom. The fact that they now charge daily for use of the shuttle (it used to be included in the price), sometimes the traffic gets backed up getting in and out but that's to be expected with the area.

The front desk, employees, housekeeping, and the manager were all very, very nice

The breakfast should include some additional fresh fruit. The first day. They only had a few bananas ran out quickly and for the rest of the day they just have apples.

"Wonderful and safe."

Room was clean; they offer towels for the pool separate from your bath towels; I felt safe there.

Charging for parking at the hotel is a little petty.....
