"Needed to get home to feel clean and sleep."

Breakfast was lacking and very basic. Rooms were dirty. Lobby was dirty. Housekeeping was terrible. I'm sad to have to write such a poor review. The hotel used to be decent. Now, I wouldn't stay or recommend anyone else stay there.

The only thing I liked was the location. Floors were dirty. Run down. Nothing to offer guests if the didn't pack something. Breakfast was less than an international and nothing but a waffle machine. Nothing nutritious or fresh.

La colazione buona e ricca. La struttura è ben collegata dai servizi pubblici (autobus) con il centro della città.

Struttura enorme, con molti posti letto. Mobilia datata e moquette in camera. Il condizionatore faceva molto rumore se si lasciava acceso.

"Still Competition for Motel 6"

This place has the potential to be a grand hotel/conference center. Unfortunately, it isn't. It is worn down. The carpets are torn and filthy. The furniture in the lobby is dirty and used. The rooms are disgusting with the sink immediately at the door opening, the yellow tile in the bath/shower need grout and sealant, the tub drains backup and you stand in 6 inches of water when you shower. The Ballroom on the 10th floor has a ceiling that looks like it has leaked through every tile. The place is worn out and no one on the staff cares. If there is a manager that person should be fired. The bar is only open on the weekends. Breakfast consists of yogurt, toast, and one waffle maker. What is really a shame is that the ground and location could make this a wonderful destination in Nashville. Instead it is a hotel to be avoided. Motel 6 is stiff competition for the Millennium Maxwell at this stage of its life. Hilton should buy it and renovate it into an Embassy Suites.
