Millennium Hotel Maxwell House Nashville

The view was quite nice from our 9th floor perch. In general we felt like we were staying in a renovation project and my dad was in construction~. The staff was generally nice enough but they just didn't know anything. The shuttle was a fold. No one including the desk knew when it was coming or going No matter what time was quoted. We got some times, but nothing ever showed up. The weekday breakfast was a bit Spartan. The coffee... Was rather watered down. It was quiet. Our car did not get robbed which is a good thing. There was consistent hot water and the shower, the blackout curtains worked well. The air conditioner worked. I wish you the best in your efforts to rehabilitate this place. But I don't think we'll be staying here anytime soon. $200 a night a little steep with the challenges... Even if it is Nashville.

Great room and free shuttle to downtown all day. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

Breakfast was less then desirable. Out of Hot foods, some were just gross. Could use improvement. Room could have been cleaner.

Good value for the price. Hotel is older but furniture are upgraded & the bed was comfortable. No complaints except breakfast needs more options.

Yes, it is affordable and the shuttle service is convenient. But that's where it stops. The toilet had almost no pressure and was very wiggly, made noise. Whenever the a/c turned on and ran, the whole room was vibrating. We had to call security 2 out of our 3 nights because teenagers/tweenies were partying until 3:30am in the morning across the hall plus the parking lot. The breakfast was questionable. Watery coffee, super unhealthy options.
