The bathrooms are real dated,and didn't really want to take a shower. The furniture was also dated,wobbly and broken.

We very nearly changed hotels because of the reviews. So glad we didnt. We had a wonderful stay. Yes hotel is well well used and as you could see they was starting to update areas, its an enormous hotel it takes time. Okay so not 5 star but the best value for money you will find. If you are looking for a basic base no fancy thrills this is for you. Location was good uber rides where short and cheap and kept us on the outskirts of the chaos when we wanted peace. Not to mention the super handy shuttle bus and the lovely ladies that run it. We had a very minor issue with drainage and the staff sorted it immediately and could not have been anymore accommodating. The staff in this hotel are simply the best I can not give a specific mention to one as they are all great. Reception staff, security, bar staff, shop staff and house keeping well done you are a brilliant team. Thank you for being the base of our incredible stay in nashville

No restaurant open at night early week. Bathroom needs updating. Towels too small and anyone with long or thick hair needs two when they wash their.

Booking in was easy and the lady doing reception on the evening couldn’t do enough for us and was vey helpful the following day when we need to change rooms

Breakfast was an embarrassment 2 mornings running no bread to toast. No normal teabags when asked staff they said they had run out
