"No housekeeping - had to clean my room !"

Returned around 4pm to find the clean my room sign still on the door. Housekeeping accused of changing it around and claiming it had said do not disturb all day. As housekeeping had gone home, had to get the cleaning materials and clean the room myself. Whilst the housekeeping manager could stand around arguing and eventually gave me the cleaning equipment made no offer to clean the room . Generally a run down resort with many malfunctions (swimming pool, TV in room, external doors not sealing etc)

The staff was great. The place was centrally located. Great shopping, hiking, local eateries, lake, and bike rentals. Wendley night attendant, Brian, the overnight attendant, Bella and Paloma the day attendant and operations manager were all kind. Every single one greeted me a happy new year and made my stay here great!

"The Mccormick: A Warm and Cozy Stay"

The hotel has a welcoming vibe. We were greeted by three friendly and lovely receptionists, particularly Genesis. She was truly helpful with suggesting activities and exploration around the city. There's a beautiful lake that you can take a canoe ride on. The rooms are easily accessible, and clean. The overall value and experience was a pleasant, and I will definitely stay here for future travels.

Have visited Piñon Grill 3 times in the last month and have had excellent service while enjoying the outside terrace. Our server, Terry, went above and beyond to make sure our dining experience exceeded our expectations! He attended to every need with a smile! In addition, the view is stunning while sitting and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere.

We randomly chose the McCormick Scottsdale not knowing what a great place it was. As soon as we walked into the lobby, we were warmly greeted by Paris at the front desk. Paris made eye contact with us immediately as we walked through the front entrance of hotel. Paris was warm, friendly, genuine, and very helpful in choosing a nice room for us with a beautiful view of the lake. Paris is a valuable asset to the McCormick Scottsdale Hotel. Receiving such a warm reception made our stay extra special here and we will most certainly stay here again after such a great experience!
