Viking Café Guesthouse

This property was nestled in at the base of Vestrahorn mountain. The staff was incredibly accommodating and didn’t mind that we checked in 1 hour after “check in hours.” The rooms were clean and spacious, and the cafe was lovely for dinner and continental style breakfast. Would stay here again!

Wonderful staff that had our room ready despite a late arrival and rainy conditions. Absolutely take the time to explore the entire area by the lighthouse...breathtaking views!

Beautiful, remote place to stay. The rooms were simple but totally clean and had everything we needed.

Amazing little gem tucked away off the main road . Room was simple, but elegant and comfortable :) Beautiful surrounding property with walks through dunes to the ocean, and replica of small Viking village on site . Cafe provided delicious breakfast , and staff were very friendly :)

The location near Vestrahorn mountain was great - the night we stayed, the sky was clear and we got fantastic views of the northern lights. The stay included free entry to the Viking Village and Stokksnes black sand beach (which was one of the nicer beaches we saw on our trip). The room was simple and not huge, but it was very new and clean. It was perfect for our needs. A simple breakfast at the café was included with the room, but we opted to also get the waffles and they were terrific.

Great place to visit, great breakfast, Mount Vestrahorn and Viking village is an added bonus. Service is great too.

Great location right on the ocean and the staff was wonderful. It was fun to visit the Viking Village during the stay as well

This place is amazing! Breakfast included, friendly staff, access to the Viking village and beach, breathtaking views of the Vestrahorn mountains. I love this place!

Had a wonderful time, the rooms were nice and clean and would love to come back and stay one day.
