Viking Café Guesthouse

The room was very nice and clean. Checkin was easy. Breakfast was very good. We would stay here again.

Lovely place in the middle of nowhere, but great outdoor activities nearby.

Our stay includes multiple entries to Stokksnes which is a great deal. That place is beautiful. Breakfast is fresh, hot and has good selection. We bought sandwiches for the lunch to go. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing is room is a little small. If you were a fit person like me or most Icelanders, you won't have any problem with the shower stall.

Nice spot on ring road. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are modest but very clean and comfortable. Location is spectacular

Really nice place lost in nature.

Highly recommended Viking Cafe and Guesthouse if you are visiting Glacier Lagoon and Diamond Bench. This property has hiking trails of 4 to 6km and we get free access because we are house guests. The Viking Village is right on site. We stayed at room 6, short driiving distance from main cafe. Breakfast was decent and nice. There were fruits, ham, cheese and cinnamon rolls etc. The room is well kept, looks newly renovated, was cosy and comfortable. The bed mattresses are of high quality and we slept well. Do bring your own toiletries for Iceland Trip. The shampoo and body wash bottles were placed on the floor. We had our own toiletries so we were fine. Room has a kettle for your hot drinks.
