Roaches were everywhere Air didn't cool properly Carpet was filthy Very unsafe, my children and I were rushed into our room due to swat being there.

Was close to my event I had to attend

Had roaches, crawling also was dead in cabinets. The neighbors must live there had tons of trash outside was smelling bad.

The staff was very nice and helpful when we needed them.

Our room had an odor from the front door. We had to get Fabreeze to try to help. The couches and bedding were stained and dirty. There was poop on the toilet seat. The bathroom sink had three lids and a dime stuck in it so the water wouldn’t go down until I got them out. They brag about having a full kitchen but there are no dishes or silverware. The tile floors were greasy. The bottoms were falling apart or completely missing the bottoms in the kitchen. The stove was also filthy. There aren’t stoppers for the tub or the kitchen sink. We had to buy ear plugs because the woman downstairs who yelled at the top of her lungs on the phone all night every night Finally, there was a dead cockroach in the lobby in front of the fireplace that was there for the duration of our visit. We were told that the owner would reach us to discuss a possible refund due to our experience. We still have yet to hear from them.

Did not stay, no air conditioner and hole in wall covered with board where air conditioner was supposed to to be. Requesting refund!
