Extended Studio Suite Hotel

Booking need to get this hotel off the website. You have genius level customer booking at this hotel. Thinking it’s a good hotel. The owner April only wants the money. They don’t care about good customer service

We checked in our room. THE TV WAS NOT WORKING, WiFi was not working, as you see in the pictures I uploaded the room was not clean. We packed up the same night and came home. Only money I got back was my 150 deposit

Very run down. Dirty, old furniture, mouse ran under the frig. Hot tub was green and leaves all over. Looks like people live there permanently and are not very clean about there space. Garbage was pouring out of the cans.

People staying der was very trashy on the outside n trash n nets n flys where bad

Safety issues for self and personal property! Cosmetic was horrible nothing like I seen online. Reeked of marijuana!

The rooms are more like furnished efficiency apartments than motel rooms… comfy couch and chairs, full kitchen with mid-size fridge, full-size oven/range, and big microwave. TV signal was strong. Queen bed VERY comfortable. Room/building could use updating, but VERY clean. Maintenance lead, Bobby, was quite proud of renovations going on at next building. Office/main building is nice, cozy. No breakfast currently, but coffee machine made good brew. Resident evening manager/security man, Jay, was fantastic! I arrived well after the 10 pm deadline for check-in, not having known about the policy (my fault), but a tenant walked by while I was knocking on the office door and calling Booking.com about the situation. She nicely went and got Jay to come check me in, which he was only to glad to do, since I had a reservation! Mind you, this was after midnight! Jay checked me in promptly without complaint and explained the $75 damage deposit, which would come off my VISA card in a few days. (The property has a strict “No Party” policy, by the way! :) Jay then walked me to my room nearby and showed me around, asking if there was anything I needed, but I didn’t, as the usual toiletries and towels were provided. Bathroom was very clean, just needed some caulking The neighborhood isn’t what you’d call a garden spot, just a normal Southern city, business/hotel/motel district, but I felt safe and the property and surroundings were very quiet, despite being not too far from I-20. Being more like apartments instead of a motel, there weren’t people walking by at all hours. Landscaping was nice 😁 Overall, I’d stay here again, maybe for a week to cruise the nearby casinos! This IS a river town after all.😉 Looks like a fun place, but I was just passing through to Dallas :)

Just needs renovation, but no glaring problems. NEVER saw ANY bugs!!! 😁

The pool is out Boo Hoo no laundry mat they try they need more help that will bust butt not to be done by 1 man who's working his butt off trying to do everything his self I'd love to help them get it together with 35 yrs experience in management and business just to give some assistance and to hire a good staff to help it's a nice property but looks like the owners don't care so the property suffers, must spend money to make money if you want it to work Great office appearance they have a breakfast bar but not using which is ashame it's not hard to pick up your face to better your business it would bring in alot more business it's in a great location just needs a face lift they would make great money if they cared enough and the rooms would be full all the time fir the money they charge it could be 💯 if they got it together just saying 😉 😀 👍

Nothing!!!

No air, kitchen light was extremely low, living room TV didn't work, towels were nasty, pool was extremely nasty, AND I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO VISIT!! I WANT A FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY!! The security deposit ($150) costs more than the suite ($140) maintenance came to fix the TV and lights, but they still didn't work!! My camera pictures helped withr the lighting, but it was definitely dark. HOT PLACE TO HAVE SOUTHERN LOUISIANA HEAT!!!
