Terrible experience, never will i stay there again. No staff, no breakfast much kless a free breakfast like advertised

Bed bugs. Alot of bed bugs. Alot of live in residents. Too much crackhead activity. Rude man at front desk.

There was a lot of room. Three beds. Two bathrooms. Kitchen facilities were adequate although we did not use them. Location was good although there was trouble getting there due to construction.

The Room was not thoroughly cleaned. There was two inches of dust on fan and front window curtain. The door locked, but there was a gap which allowed you to see outside, giving you the impression that it was not locked. There were no trash cans nowhere. We collect trash and put it in a bag. No TOWELS. THEY CLOSED AT 10:00 PM. NOT ACCESSIBLE to late check in. TV while it looked nice, It did not work. 🤔 There were roaches crawling around .We were not able to wash our hands on the initial check in due to a busted pipe, but they said it was fixed about 6:00 pm. When we returned, after was on. This place was far from reaching my expectations. I think if they paid someone to clean the room, they should ask for a refund. Carpet was loose in several places,creating A fall risk. The railings going c up the stairs was not stable creating another fall risk. This place is borderline Condeem. One of the worst place I have ever stayed.
