Extended Studio Suite Hotel

It was a great choice. We had the works in our room, full kitchen and nice bathroom.

Nothing. It was awful

Room smelled like animal pee. Roaches ran when door opened. Stunk like mildew and not clean at all. This "hotel" is old apartments.

Roaches everywhere, stink, cramped, dirty. Not a motel, old apartments. Nasty nasty nasty.

Surrounding area

The whole room was nasty 😡 I would like a discount ➡️ The cooking store was nasty top and bottom, the refrigerator was nasty, the trash can was filled up with trash, the back patio had trash on the porch and around the corner, the tub was nasty with hair in it

I didn’t it was Nasty Ratchet windows boarded look like it’s been broken in people look like they’re on drugs somebody was in the room that was given to me and my husband Roach infected nasty on outside need to be torn down bad business I did stay their we ask for my money back no one should have to come out of State to this I also took pictures to make sure no one else go through this

Nasty disgusting filthy someone was in the room as if they was living there in the bed roaches crawling everywhere this need to stop today I need my money back or I’m going to a lawyer I have more pictures it would only take 4

The rooms were big and not in the worst shape

The manager was absolutely out her mind. She charges what she wants with who she wants, if you’re late on paying for your room they shut off the electricity, and one day I was late paying the room, she tried to charge me $90 instead of the 64 that I had been paying for over a month, and told us we had to leave right then after paying, and she had also entered my room while I was at work and found two people in the room that wasn’t supposed to be in it! Her reason for doing this was that I hadn’t contacted her to let her know I would be late paying it, but here’s the thing, a week prior to this she was fired and someone else was managing the property, so we HAD contacted who we thought was manager, but THAT day it switched back again, like I would know this!!! But we ended up getting our money back that was taken hostage, but not our $100 deposit that was only supposed to be $75 but at the time didn’t have change so I let her keep the $100 bill to make things easier. Absolutely ridiculous!

Do not stay here. Do not book through Expedia. Don’t book anything through Expedia. It is impossible to be protected when you book through Expedia.
