Ended up staying 2 nights due to snowstorm. 1st room was very nice with no issues. 2nd night room was not as nice. No weather stripping around entry door that lead to outside. Very cold wind blowing in around door so I took paper towels and used a knife to fill in the gap to stop the cold from coming in. They did a great job keeping the sidewalks clear of snow and continued to clear them throughout the storm and the next day. Overall good stay.

Everything was great except the thermostat did not work and we were very hot all night. When we got into the room the thermostat was set to 77 heat and I set it to 65 and but on the ac and never cooled down.

They kept my deposit because of smell from smoking. I don't smoke and never smoked. They refused the $100 deposit returned to me.
