Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and coffee is available all day.

Loved having a kitchen and near mall. The bed was comfortable. Spacious. The carpet needed a good cleaning. The tv stopped working due to no connection and was not resolved. My last day I went to take a shower and there was no hot water.

The wifi was spottey, the tile floor was broken and lose ,the floor was coming up in The loft ,the hot water was only hot for a few min, we could t take ant breakfast to the room, the paint was cracked and chipping the table was about to fall the bolts were all lose, the shower didnt work all the way in either bathroom and the toilet ran the whole time

The floors were dirty, and we did two roaches in the kitchen.

Front desk staff was very personable

The pictures on expedia were not anything like the room(s) I got. First room I got to and door was open already. Took shoes off and carpet was all wet. I asked for a different room, which was much better as far as that goes, but the heat went out the 2nd of the 3 nights I stayed. Thankfully it wasn't super cold, otherwise I would've asked to change rooms again. 58 degrees in the room in the morning makes for a chilly time getting ready.

Not the typical hotel set up. The rooms were clean and well equipped. The lobby was inviting and roomy. It's experienced some wear and tear but for the price it was decent. Convenient location.

Great value. They’re performing some renovations. It’s clean and nice. Operators are friendly and helpful.
