It was mostly quiet and fit our needs. The table was broken and squeaky, which made it difficult to enjoy our family card games in the evenings. Saturday night thete was a large fight in the parking lot just below our bedroom window that necessitated a pilice presence. That was alarming.

Property needs to be updated. Never had enough food in the warmers when we went to eat. Seemed to be very stingy on things.

The room smelled of smoke from the previous occupant, as well as damage in the room from a cracked sink. With the noise of the neighbors and the poor WiFi signal, it was hard to get work done at this place.

Hotel was clean. The service was quick and the people were firendly.

On the plus side, the bed was comfortable. Carpets were stained and had an odor. Burn holes in the kitchen floor. Located in a different neighborhood, it could be a nice place to stay with some updates. It was noisy at all hours with vagrants asking for cigarettes etc. A little landscaping would make the area look a little more inviting. I'll pay higher for a nicer place next time I visit Omaha, sorry.

Great price, clean and convenient.

The property was unsafe. There was a party in one of the units with at least 100 people drinking and smoking weed.This went on for several hours before the staff addressed the problem. They should have called the police. This was my first night and I was scheduled to stay 6 days due to the unsafe property I checked out at 10 am the next day.And the property managers refused to give me a refund
