The property looked kind of ghetto, it looks like they are in the process of remodeling. The room to my surprise, was very nice and clean and spacious

The pool failed health inspection so it was closed.

The kitchen and space were nice. The location was ideal for my travel plans.

Place is run down. Pictures over promised.

Very Dirty. Our sheets were stained . I wanted to call the front desk to have them replaced and the phone didn’t work. The front desk person gave us new sheets and apologized. We tried to forget about the incident but then we found roaches in our room!

Run down, breakfast was less than satisfactory.

The positive…staff was nice. The Negatives: 1. Hotel and rooms need a lot of work. It needs a lot of work before it’s suitable to assimilate guests. Chipped paint, cracked floors, laminate placed over carpet, dirty, no hot water, top floor of rooms are hot with limited AC, mold and sketchy neighborhood. 2. Cops showed up and busted in on one of the “long term” residents. 3. Smelled like weed when we first arrived in one of the rooms 4. Our room smelled like a wet cat sanctuary. Had to buy air fresheners. 5. Kids got a knife pulled on them from another guest at the hotel. The one camera that would have caught the guy was “not working”. Unsuitable accommodations.

Sonesta, more like SoNasty! this was the worst place to stay at for many reasons. first, the place has no smoking rooms for every room, but everyone in the entire place takes advantage of that and they smoke right outside their rooms. our room smelt like weed, there was sand in our beds, our AC unit was not operating at all, our toilet was leaky, and a light was not working upstairs. at one night, police had to bust into someone room to get someone. sleep was a whole new story because the lights from EVERY building were on at night, which made it feel like noon even though it was midnight. overall, this place was was super sketchy, and i would never recommend this to ANYONE unless they decide to almost risk their lives.

The room was clean but not in a particularly good condition. I choose them because they were one of two hotels in the area that, according to my search, were supposed to have EV Charging Stations and they did not. They also charged me twice and blamed Hotels.com when I talked to them about it.
