Someone was come knocked our door then Mikey so scared when I talk to him, he speak Spanish. You’re not speak English and I was not drunk generally that’s not safe place for kids with the kids.

Photos on the site are not even of the physical address. The room was filthy and had a horrible odor. Lots of water damage around the room that was just painted over. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls. Burn marks on the wall next to the stove. The bedding smelt musty and had stains, debris, and hair on it. The door to access the room doesn’t seal/close all the way. Could hear the water running from the room above throughout the night. The AC unit was full of dust and had a musty/curry odor everytime it ran. Trash receptacles around the property were all overflowing. Soiled linens and trash piled up on the patio outside of the room next to use before we arrived and continued to stay there through the night including rain for well over 16 hours. The swimming pool isn’t even the one as pictured on the listing, and couldn’t even use it due to being 2ft less depth as it should be. Continental breakfast is offered, but wasn’t kept replenished and couldn’t utilize. I wish this had the options to share photos as the conditions of this facility were unacceptable.

The facility was clean and the staff was friendly. My only complaint is that The air conditioning was set to a very low temperature and was not adjustable. There was no thermometer in the room, but the one in the common room was reading 63 degrees- a little too cold for July in Omaha.

We had a few issues with getting items for the room (batteries, toiletries and trashbags) and had to switch rooms a couple of times due to the A/C not working.

The room I was given had a broken front door jam. There was a mouse living under the couch. There were mouse holes in the bathroom door jam. The ceiling was damaged in the bathroom. Breakfast was over by 8:15 am. They only replenished potatoes. The pool wasnt open.

Dont fall for the nice pictures on expiedia. False advertising. Pictures are not even close. Rooms smelled so bad and bugs everywhere. This place should probably be turned over to the health department.

This place is a complete dump and hotel management are incompetent. The air conditioning in our room didn't work at all. We were assured that the unit would be fixed the next day. The next day we were informed that the unit had been stolen before we arrived and would not be fixed. The hotel rooms also smelt like a dog and the grounds were dirty and very sketchy. The hotel was also unsafe and the police were called on two separate occasions in just four days. Hotel management failed to resolve our concerns and refused to provide an appropriate refund. Do not stay at this dump.

We had the worst stay. I don’t think I could recommend NOT staying here enough! The pictures shown are absolutely NOTHING like the property. The unit was filthy & felt unsafe. The gap under the door to outside was about an inch wide. The TV had about 3 channels, even though it says it has premium movie channels on the website. Breakfast was so terrible. I couldn’t even split a bagel in two because it was so hard and old. The pool was closed for all but 5 hours of our stay, for one reason or another. When we tried to leave a night early, there were 4 or 5 other people waiting in line to complain before we finally got our turn. They offered us only $50 because it was after 5pm - even though I can guarantee we were in line by 5pm, but had to wait for all the others to complain in front of us! We just took the loss because we wanted to get out of there so badly. The cops were called as we were leaving because another person claimed the hotel stole some of their belongings. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Pool was closed all weekend in July. It was working but they decided to paint on a weekend. Also, door to bathroom wouldn't close. No hooks anywhere in bath to hang towels. Just little stuff but still.
