It had all of the amenities you could want. It was quiet even being 4th of July weekend. The last night was the only bad one...neighbors were quite loud and had their lights shining in through our windows for hours in the early morning. Making the curtains in the room able to keep out more light would be nice! The only annoying thing that happened was a representative came and told us that we needed to leave since our stay was at an end before checking the computer to see that we still had another night to stay. She was present when the booking was made so she should have been more aware.

DISGUSTING & UNSAFE! We arrived after driving very far from Colorado - we prepaid for this hotel & upon arriving we were told they have NO ROOMS! It’s now 1:30am and they say they had “water damage” for days and they don’t know why hotels.com is allowing people to book. There were also multiple police cruisers & a forensic investigations van - the entire lobby was full of police . We felt very unsafe and then it tools hours for hotels.com to relocate us. The property looks NOTHING like the photos

They gave our room away after I called TWICE saying we would be late. There were no parking spaces available. It was definitely not as pictured. It doesn’t state that it’s in a very sketchy part of town either. When we checked in, there were people outside that appeared to be tweeking. Then when we went to find the room that they booked us in, we didn’t want to get out of the car, even if we could have found a parking space, because there were some shady characters standing around in a group by the parking area. It was 1:00 am. Why were there so many people outside? We DEFINITELY did not feel safe getting our 4 children out of the car. We never even got out of the car to go in our room. We went back to the front desk to tell them we would not be staying. Needless to say, we do NOT recommend staying here.

This property have went down considerably over the years. I have not stayed in some time but it was not very well maintained. Friday day I was unable to sleep and was advised I would be given a credit for that after having to call the front desk multiple times. My incidental fee is still not credited. They never came to clean the room in my four night stay. We had to request everything and I eventually just went and purchased needed items. I have been calling since my check out to no real avail. I did talk to Tejas at one point and he was helpful confirmed the credit and apologized for the experience but still nothing

We booked this hotel through Hotels.com expecting a safe, comfortable stay, but unfortunately it was anything but. When we arrived, the property looked like an active construction zone—there were air conditioner parts, plywood, and various debris scattered throughout. Some parts of the buildings appeared to be pulled apart or in disrepair. It felt unsafe and completely unmaintained. The courtyard was filled with people smoking, and there were several underdressed individuals wandering the property, which made us very uncomfortable as a family. The hotel did not feel secure or family-friendly at all. Our non-smoking room reeked of marijuana, and the smell was so strong it caused immediate discomfort. We left right away and could not stay the night. This hotel should not be listed as a safe or family-friendly option. We would not recommend it to anyone traveling with children or looking for a clean, secure environment.

The refrigerator did not work and the place stunk. There was a condenser unit on the patio that serve no purpose. There was no hot water for a long period of time went to get the clothes out of the closet and the door fell off the box smell like someone was storing a body in there.

There were bugs crawling on the walls when we got in the room. We immediately left and went elsewhere.

Our room was in disrepair and we were told by hotel to have Expedia call to approve our refund. Got some BS from Expedia that they could not get approval after multiple attempts. So, did they talk to anyone? I asked for the name of the person they spoke to, got the exact same answer. Could not get approval after multiple attempts. Will NEVER book through them again. What a joke!

Photos on the site are not even of the physical address. The room was filthy and had a horrible odor. Lots of water damage around the room that was just painted over. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls. Burn marks on the wall next to the stove. The bedding smelt musty and had stains, debris, and hair on it. The door to access the room doesn't seal/close all the way. Could hear the water running from the room above throughout the night. The AC unit was full of dust and had a musty/curry odor everytime it ran. Trash receptacles around the property were all overflowing. Soiled linens and trash piled up on the patio outside of the room next to use before we arrived and continued to stay there through the night including rain for well over 16 hours. The swimming pool isn't even the one as pictured on the listing, and couldn't even use it due to being 2ft less depth as it should be. Continental breakfast is offered, but wasn't kept replenished and couldn't utilize. I wish this had the options to share photos as the conditions of this facility were unacceptable.
