Rooms are clean and comfortable but dated

The fact that it had a kitchen was good.

The floors are really bad. They dip in a lot of places, which makes you feel like you are going to fall through, and the tub is the same, and it also leaked. The carpet had a lot of stains. Some looked like juice, and the others liked blood. The bed was hard as a rock and so uncomfortable. We checked out early and will never stay again. This place needs to be remodeled from top to bottom. The staff was good.

Spacious, well kept and clean

Tiles in bathtub were cracked. Faucet in kitchen was extremely loose. Felt like it might come off when used. Sink in bathroom area was cracked and badly patched and the drain plug wouldn't work, forcing any water used to drain extremely slowly.

Rooms are outdated. Ended up paying 80$ for parking but my car got broken into in the parking lot. Did absolutely nothing for me. The garage disposal was broken. Did nothing for the sink and clog. Very rude front desk dude. Pool toys were broken. Stay away!!!!!!!

Great place

Spending some time in Colorado Springs for a family reunion and to take in some of what the area has to offer. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good with some warm items as well as standard. I would reccomend this place as a good value place to stay.
