It looks like it needs some outside work. Also, TV and internet was not so good but for free it was good.

Very nice breakfast selections, staff very nice and helpful. Location was good for our needs which is why it was selected.

Facilities are dated and need some updates both inside and out. There were quite a few dumpsters around so perhaps some refurbishing is going on.

The suites were adorable 😍! The breakfast was great! There were lots of options for any breakfaster. Bagels, english muffins, bread for toast, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, chorizo, potatoes, tortilas, toppings, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, granola, pancakes, fixings, coffeee, tea and juice. I loved that there was tea for me to drink since I'm not a coffee drinker! There were plenty of beds to sleep in. The bedding was soft & inviting. There was plenty of hot water! Everything was well maintained. The grounds were beautifully kept. The gardening was done often. There were plenty of trash bins to throw our dog's business away. Not much litter on the property except for what the people to the bottom left of us littered around. Pet friendly and accommodating. They had a magnet for me to stick on my room's door, letting the housekeeping staff know if there were pets inside. The staff was pretty great! They let me pick up any extra supplies I needed! It was beautifully quiet and serene in our room. We never heard any disruptive noise! We hardly saw any other guests, and those we did see were very friendly! They all had dogs, too!

Our neighbors to the bottom left of our room smoked too close to the room doors, and the smoke irritated my lungs. Since im not used to the elevation, it made my lungs hurt for a half hour. But they staff up front talked with them. The only litter I saw was their cigarette butts piled up atop the fire extinguisher box. They even left a press on nail on the cement! As for the breakfast.. The only thing I can complain about is that the tortillas were not warm enough & the breakfast potatoes weren't fully cooked. It was still delicious, though! The beds were too tall for us shorter women, and the bed springs poked into me & left me sore in the morning. Also, the beds were a little too firm for my taste. I probably got the one bed on the end of it's usefulness But aside from that, our stay was fun!

I have stayed at Sonesta properties before and this one just did not meet our expectations. The carpet needs to be completely replaced as it has stains all over the carpet, the bathroom had a hole in the wall from the handle on the door and there was not much water pressure in the shower, there was no light above the kitchen sink, the bed was hard and husband had a hard time sleeping, the couch is not comfy at all and needs to be cleaned, the paint needs repainted-it is old looking and not up to date, the TV channels could have had more of a selection, it started smelling bad and I figured it was others cooking so the ventilation isn't very good through the walls, the last day we saw a couple of worm like bugs in the kitchen and we didn't cook one time when we were there. Property is outdated and old and not much has been done to keep it fresh and nice. Very disappointed in this property, we normally like Sonesta but we will not stay here again!

It was nice place but I think everyone there has a loud vehicle all night long
