Sonesta ES Suites Colorado Springs

We wanted to check in a bit early (1 hour early) and was met with a "Early Checkin-in Fee" of $15.00.

Very rundown, carpet heavily stained, overpriced

Bed was soft. Noise from the traffic was a bit loud, but I always bring ear plugs when I stay in unfamiliar locations. AC outlets were a little loose and don’t allow solid contact for phone chargers. Clean 80’s decor but are upgrading. Huge bathroom.

Great suites, comfortable beds and nice staff. The breakfast was great as well. Only suggestion is, if you are going to stay here, bring your fire stick or Roku stick with you. The cable only allows for a few channels. We had our roku stick and we're able to connect it to the free wifi.

Very few channel on TV. Had to buy a roku stick to see any games.

The room was excellent. It had everything you could need. It was spacious.

The numbering of the room and location of the rooms were confusing and the map was too tiny to read.

The room is big and has plenty of space and furniture.

The room and bathroom itself is really aged now. The carpet was dirty and and lot of wear and tear in the bathroom. I felt the room could have been cleaner. I stayed for over 7 nights, but no housekeeping was done until the 7th day. I think it is not acceptable. Even nowadays, housekeeping should clean the room and replace towels at least every 4 to 4 nights automatically.

The staff were amazing my room was very spacious clean as were the public areas good breakfast plenty of parking use of a pool

Little bit dated ..some fixtures and fittings were broken in my room it could have done with a bit of decorating and TLC and a proper bath would’ have been nice!

Kitchen and staff. Breakfast was great, no chorizo though...

The pool wasn't heated. Wifi was weak. The toilet was really old.
