Sonesta ES Suites Colorado Springs

I like breakfast considering it is the most important meal of the day. You can fill up your belly early in the morning. I enjoy the staff they are super friendly and made it a delight to stay.! The room was fully equipped with everything you could need for a luxury stay or even an extended one. My family vacations will definitely involve this lovely place. The price is beyond fair for the quality.

I didn't like the way individuals treat their property, but i can see they do their best to keep up with the destruction of ignorance.

Breakfast was good. It was a convenient accommodation. Location seemed ok it was our first time in Colorado Springs. The size of the unit was comfortable.

My biggest complaint was cleanliness. The carpets were disgusting and we wouldn’t take our shoes off while there. There was pet fur everywhere. Upstairs in the loft area there was dried up vomit. The upstairs bathroom had what looked like blood stains in the toilet-shower area. We requested another room but there was nothing available for the size we needed. Also, the description said we get a fireplace and we had no idea how it worked. I called the front desk who had to call his manager and then called back to say we needed to go to the store and by a log of Duraflame. I can’t see why you would want your guests burning wood in the hotel room. This information should be listed in the description.

Great location everything close

I think the whole experience was great. My room had your basic essentials, just like a tiny apartment. It was super clean, and even the beds were soft and amazing. I will be looking forward to a future stay here.

I was on the second floor however I did get upgraded for free. Zero dislikes I can't wait to come back!
