In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Wed 04 Sept 2024 until Sat 31 May 2025 A damage deposit of USD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the minimum check-in age is 21 years of age. When travelling with pets, please note that an an extra charge of $75 for stays up to 7 nights; $150 for longer stays applies. A maximum of 2 dogs per room is allowed.

"Nice place, don't stay on 2nd floor in the snow."

Comfortable beds, somewhat older facility but very clean. Had all the kitchen facilities if we wanted to cook. Decent hotel breakfast, basic fare. Good coffee. Great value for the price.

Only there one night during a crazy snowstorm with 1 foot of snow in a day. Not ideal to be placed on the 2nd floor with snow on the outside stairs. Would have been nice to be placed on 1st floor. Would stay again just not in the snow.

"Adequate room and location"

Convenient location, excellent kitchen amenities.

There were a couple of stains in the carpet that were concerning, and paint peeling in the bathroom. However, it looks like they are renovating units.

Love the room types available and the pet friendly policy. Staff was helpful booking was a way cheaper option than going directly through the direct company.

The room hold fee was actually 500 not 250 like the message they sent stated. The first room had 4 live wasps in it. The second room shower was bad. Like coming unattached from the wall it sprayed anything you had on the shelf or toilet. Rooms were definitely in need of some TLC. Breakfast was inconsistent but good when available. In winter the steps up to the second floor door get extremely slick and slippery just as a caution to others.

"Some pros and some cons."

The bed was comfy, the room was big, the breakfast had a nice variety, and the staff were friendly. It was a good location for the sights we wanted to see. The room was very old, dusty/dirty, and showed it's age. They reserve $500.00 on you credit card in case of damages. There were so many dings, stains, missing pieces on a door, linoleum coming up in the kitchen, scratches on couch cushions, a hug crack and repair in the bathroom sink. I felt like I needed to take pictures to prove how bad it was before us so they don't charge us.

"** Misleading and they really don't care!"

Hotels.com states there will be a $250 deposit when in fact the hotel insists on charging a $500 deposit. I spoke with the manager about the issue since my reservation had already been paid through hotels.com and was told either I paid $500 or my reservation would be cancelled. I had stayed at this property many times before including 5 times in the past 12 months. The deposit had always been $100 and I have always received my full deposit back following my stay. I understand that they think hiking up the deposit will help change their clientele because apparently it had been over run with drug addicts. (There words not mine.) As a loyal guest with a clean track record, I find it insulting and unacceptable to be lumped in with and punished for the actions of other guests. A representative from hotels.com called and spoke with the front desk staff and confirmed the ridiculous $500 deposit. The representative requested contact by the hotel manager in order to get the information corrected on hotels.com website. That was 2 weeks ago and the website is still informing guests that they will only be charged $250.00 when in fact they will be charging double that amount. This hotel has access to information about their return guests as well as if prior visits showed cause for concern, they just chose not to consider that information and treat every guest as though they are sinister addicts. We won’t be staying at this property on future trips!
