Naples Grande Beach Resort

The hotel is nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were pleased with the hotel, but wished there was a nicer dining room for dinner. The Spa locker rooms and shower facility is in need of repair and cleaning. They do not provide much amenities for bathing and grooming. No washcloths, towels were not plush, showers were falling apart. No combs or deoderant, and combs. We felt we were rushed out because they close at 5. If you take reservations for a massage at 4pm, you need to stay open long enough for customers to bathe.

Fantastic location, loved being able to walk to the beach, great facilities, very friendly staff, very comfortable.

Hatten 3 mal keine Zimmer Reinigungen. Putzfrauen nicht erschienen.

Las reposeras en la pileta una pegada a la otra sin espacio para poner los pies. El servicio de playa flojo.Mucha gente. El desayuno pobre y cobran extra el café expresso

Hotel is in need of updating. Beach and pool very beautiful. We found the hotel staff to be very helpful but the front desk was not very accommodating throughout our stay. We did not ask for much, but got nothing.

Facilities and location

The good part is, they have nice pools. I really don’t like that they didn’t clean our room until we complained. Then, they stopped cleaning again. The people at ‘Spressi, their breakfast bar were outright nasty. There is no reason for that. It’s not necessary nor acceptable.
