Naples Grande Beach Resort

Dirty, outdated, not welcoming, a no service stay. Very expensive for a place that can't help with bags or offer more than any Holiday Inn Express minus breakfast.

Staff were professional, friendly, and attentive to needs. The conference space is great for meetings. Food is wonderful.

The whole place is dated! Lights in room did not work. Paint peeling. Food below average.

Just horrible. Dead bugs in room not cleaned for 4 days notwithstanding complaints. Worn furniture & carpet. Terribly overpriced.

I would recommend checking if any conferences are booked while staying there as they become the priority. Restricted pool access and closed down pool bar to service them. Even restricted the flow throughout the main floor to host their numerous meal services in the upper deck and after party/cocktails

Location was good.

Loud people on our floor at 1:30am arguing and slamming doors. Room needed renovation. Bathroom had seen better days. Tile and grout old. Bar and restaurant were super loud and wide open to lobby area. Sound echoed. Pool hard to get to and looked like they weren't super maintained. Same with outdoor spaces. One bell hop for all cars.

Room was spacious, the bed comfortable and large. It was clean. A good place to stay as a couple or with family.

The price could be adjusted and the food was acceptable
