Excellent facilities including the fitness center. Very friendly staff. Nice room with good space.

Noise early in the morning due to construction on the property. Our hotel room had plumbing issues in bathroom.

De hulp van het personeel bij het annuleren van de overige nachten.

Tijdens ons verblijf bleken er werkzaamheden gaande aan de deuren van de balkons. Tussen 8.00 en 17.00 uur was er daarom een continu geluid van boren te horen in de kamer. Men was bezig op de 6e verdieping, maar op de 9e was alles hoorbaar alsof je ernaast stond. Receptie adviseerde ons om tussen deze tijden niet teveel op de kamer te zijn, maar onze dochter heeft haar middagslaapje nog nodig. Het verblijf hier werd daardoor onmogelijk en dat hadden we graag vooraf geweten. Dan hadden we hier niet geboekt.

Great stay awesome facility staff and amenities the restaurants and bar are great easy access to town and the beach is great as well, along with the boardwalk though the mangrove trees to get there.

Very nice location and a full-service resort offering many amenities with walkability to shopping and dining nearby. The hotel is preparing to undergo a complete renovation. Looking forward to a future return to experience the gorgeous and very well-appointed guest rooms.

Todo el personal es y fue muy muy amable. Nos explicaron todo con amor y predisposición. Las combis que iban del hotel a la playa excelentes.

Las instalaciones. El cuarto dice con vista a la playa y no se ve la playa, se ve la calle del hotel. Decía desayuno incluido y es a la carta, pensé que era desayuno americano. El baño es pequeño, no tiene bidet. Todos los servicios se pagan aparte ( por ejemplo sombrilla en la playa)

"Great location , nice hotel"

Beach , decor ,air con , tram to beach , free paddle boarding , adult pool ,boardwalk to beach , beach bar ,cycles to rent ,

main pool too busy especially at weekends , evening restaurants too limited in choice -menu never changed the whole week we were there and little atmosphere in restaurants -liked the beach grill but not open in evenings ,
