静かで、落ち着いた雰囲気があり、ゆっくり過ごせました。 どこにいてもいい香りがして、癒されました。 露天風呂空の景色もよかったです。 ロビーやラウンジで、ちょっとお茶やコーヒーが飲めたらもっとくつろげたかなとおもいます。

El hotel y la habitación eran espectaculares. El servicio de restaurante podría ser mejor. Nos sirvieron todo al mismo tiempo sin preguntar, entradas frías y platos principales de carnes carísima al tiempo!

the location , view is amazing. it is very clean

staff - poor training. Staff at check out argued with us on dinner that we already paid accused us of not paying when we already paid. he even asked us to show him proof that the dinner is included in the booking

Everything was brilliant. Only please expect to pay an Onsen fee regardless of use. The stadff were exceptional esp Hashan ,Ami, Chamut, and Navid.

No shuttle service by the hotel for guests as hotel is far from city
