Bed was comfy

The breakfast was just a disappointment no juice no milk very little of other stuff. Elevators very slow n the lights for them don't work so ur not sure if it signals for it.

The building needs upgrading. Carpet is smelly.

I stayed here during a trip to help my mom downsize before she moved into my uncle's. It was a hard time, but the comfort of the Comfort Inn was exceptional. It is lovely every time we stay here. The sheets smell clean. The pillows are soft and perfect. There is a large mini fridge and a normal microwave. They accommodate pets on certain levels and certain rooms. They have a gated dog yard. It's pretty great!!!

We were so impressed by the friendliness of the staff! The beds were so comfortable and the rooms very clean We didn't experience any loud noises. The shower pressure was awesome. We felt safe and secure. Our only criticism is the hallways smelled heavily of cigarette smoke.

I love the location. It right off the interstate and close by attractions and restaurants. The room is clean and beds are comfortable. Breakfast is always yummy. Parking is free and plenty if spaces. There is also telsa charging stations. I stay on the first floor because I have a small dog and I don't hear any noises. It's pretty quite. The service is good. They offer daily refresh of the room. I didn't experience any issues. The staff is friendly and helpful. I feel very comfortable at this location. They have a seasonal outdoor pool it's a very nice area, fitness center is nice as well. The exterior is clean and well kept.

Excellent location to carowinds. Definitely do not have to go far at all! Breakfast was "okay" Beds were really hard, AC smelled of mold when it kicked on and customer service is at a 0% Every single time I went down to the front desk there was no one there and a "be right back sign" even check out in the morning there was a hand written note to drop the card and a receipt will be emailed. All employee interactions felt like I was bothering them and I was a nuisance to talk to. Just really felt unwelcome and like I wasnt supposed to be there.
