We frequently use this hotel because of the convenience to our Charlotte office. Unfortunately, we reserved a King room and was told at Check In that it was not available. The room toilet would flush repeatedly on its own, the thermostat would not work and the bathroom was not clean. Because my husband arrived late he did not ask for a new room. He just wanted to rest from a long day of business. The room was booked with rewards points and we don't feel this was the proper way to treat Rewards program members who are usually satisfied.

The hotel was wonderful!! The room was modern, comfortable, and super clean!! The breakfast was great!! The had waffles, eggs, sausage, and lots of other goodies. You definitely will love this place!

Had a great experience at Comfort Inn in Fort Mill at Carowinds. The staff was super friendly and very welcoming. The buffet breakfast was superb! Definitely will be coming back. And also highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.
