Knights Inn - Lithonia

Room was dirty bathroom door, would not close, floor need moping, bed was very noisy not a very nice to stay

Didn't like the unclenliness, rude receptionist, filthy rooms, smells like marijuana, cigarette, bedding dirty etc

The onsite manager was very non-chalant concerning my concerns after he was overpaid for the deplorable room. My complaint is that the rooms were dirty with foul odor, no toilet paper on roller; food crumbs/particles on the floor, old worn out furniture, no vent, dirty AC and missing vent cover, no ceiling vent cover, dusty and dirty throughout the room, stain tub with burns on the ceramic coating and stains. I changed rooms, and the other rooms was the same if not worst; and was told by the clerk that there were no other rooms available, when other rooms were visibly available and seem more clean. The charges I incurred for this filty room as as follows: $20.00 - early check in $98.20 - booking via reservations.com $$19.99 - reservations fee *Total: $138.19 At such cost, I could have booked a 5-star hotel oppose to a run down dirty and foul smelling 2-star Knights Inn motel. I paid more than what the room was worth and I'd like a refund on my stay (charged an extra $20.00 for an early check in).

This property should be inspected by the Health Department! Very poor conditions and needs an OVERALL renovation, with old (1970’s) furniture. Inoperable remotes, lamp fixtures, and loud doors. I stayed one night and regretted the stop, paying $90 for a room that was only worth $20. Checked into room and the room was FILTHY, sheets were stained from previous use, floors in the bathroom and sink area was black from shoe prints and what ever else, and the tub looked as if the previous guest put out their cigarettes in the tub. I wouldn’t suggest this place even as a “Last Resort”!

Maybe we choose the wrong night to visit Knights Inn but for the entire night it was so noisy. You vmcan literally hear persons outside arguing. Easnt a good experience and i wouldnt recommend to anyone.

Nothing was unique. She too 45mins to chk me in holding my crrditcard. Room was dirty had to be swiyvhed. The maintaince guy kept turning water on ny my door. It was a terrible stsy.. Need to find another booking slot somewhere

Love the location everything around here gas stations and lots of restaurants Also I really enjoyed my room clean and cozy The staff is friendly the housekeepers are great this will be my location from now on when I’m visiting the Atlanta area

The service at the front desk was great. Quick check in friendly staff. Now I’ve stayed at this hotel quiet a few times when I come to this city no I was a pretty cozy room for the pride you paid. But this time around it was horrible. From the bugs in the room to the terribly uncomfortable bed to the bleak and sad interior design. This hotel has taken a serious fall from what it was two years ago.

Didnt stay. Turned right around.

Place had bugs everywhere the sheets was dirty
