"Stay Away! Sleep in your CAR!! "

Worst stay of my life. Dirty, damaged, stained sheets, TV was broken. Bathtub wouldn’t drain. Bed was so bad, we slept in our clothes.

"Terrible service "

When I arrived to check in the front desk person didn’t even bother to help me! He told me that they are sold out and that he doesn’t care that I had reservation. I had to sleep in my car after 16 hours working straight till 2 am. I was literally feeling miserable that night I’m not the safest neighborhood. The hotel didn’t even bother to notify me ahead of time that they are sold out. Hotels.com fully refunded me my money. I still feel extremely frustrated that there was no guarantee for me to get some rest before working again next day.

We actually didnt stay the so that was a waste of money. Ant your clerk is ride i want to say his name is Raymond and i couldn't get a refund but at the end of this statment i was not pleased

Place is nasty ,old and dirty. The towels are brownish white.the toilet still has piss on the side and the shower barely goes down.

Their nightly person were very unprofessional and disrespectful. Rude , nasty, and no common sense... do not come here and rooms are way too pricey!!!!!! I want my mf money back now!!!!!
