Knights Inn - Lithonia

Found out rag from previous guest in closet area, tub not clean, bed wobbly, fridge not working bad plugs. Like why is this place open. Worst of all took 1 hr to check in with a prepared reservation. And only person at window. :(

I couldnt use the wifi .. I called front desk and he said that changed the password and he didnt know what it was n he couldnt give it to me... Not kool at all

It was so nasty. Looked like it hadn’t been clean on forever. Please don’t stay here. Could not stay the entire night had to just pay and book somewhere else. Bathroom was nasty. Beds were dirty. Had cigarette burns in blankets. Looks like you could have gotten a disease by just being there.

Do not stay here. It was nasty we needed a place tbat would take pets. It eas dirty, smelly and loud. The guy made a comment about how much i paid than I had to give him 20 cash only for dog. We only stayed a few hours and than left. I wish i could get my money back

Very outdated (as expected) Roaches everywhere outside Sketchy area We stayed because it was the only hotel available in the area and we were exhausted from driving

Didn’t like any thing about this hotel! Smelled bad and cigarette holes was in the covers, towels had human hair on it, bed was hard and uncomfortable, and there was no breakfast.

Nothing unique. The front desk clerks and the Laundry Lady was very professional and helpful. What I didnt like was alot illegal activity was going on. The man and woman who clean the rooms was rude and very disrespectful. They need to be worried about cleaning rooms and let the front deak clerks handle the customers. I went to family dollar and brought cleaning supplies to clean the tub, toilet, and sink. I spent $30.00 and took pictures and got a copy of my receipt. The mirror was hanging off the wall, the smoke dector was broken, the microwave and refridge was filthy. The room had a very bad ordor. I sprayed until I couldnt spray no more. There also was a dirty rag hanging on the shower from a previous customer. The bath towels were hard and not clean. I dont normally complain about service. This hotel need to be renovated. This was a horrible stay at this hotel for $93 dollars per night.

Stsff very helpful and took care of all my requests. The property is dated not well kept but overall satisfactory.

The neighborhood was scary. The room was very outdated and you had to slam yourself against the door to open it. The smell in the room was like dead rats. The pool was not in working conditions either. Would not recommend this place at all.
