Let’s see when I initially checked in my room keys didn’t work and I was switched to another room. I had been on the road from South Florida all day long so I put my cat into the room and went straight over to my son’s house for dinner. When I got back around 10:30 is when I really looked around the room. I noticed the wallpaper coming off of the wall. I turned on the TV and there is a line going through it. It needs to be replaced. I went into the bathroom and there are multiple cigarette burns on the tub. I checked the bed for bedbugs and it was clear so as I was tired and it was late, I went to sleep. When I woke up this morning, there were two dead roaches on the floor that my cat had killed and left as a present for me. I walked outside to go down to the front to have breakfast as I specifically searched for breakfast included as one of my requirements as well as pet friendly. The breakfast consisted of a cup of coffee or a juice, and a little muffin. That is not breakfast so that is false advertising. I was really in for a shocker when I walked out the door in the daylight to the multitude of cigarette butts outside of my door that maintenance obviously doesn’t feel the need to clean up. As well as a Q-tip, a corona beer, bottle, cap, a candy, wrapper, and the trashcan overflowing Outside of my door by the stairs that’s probably where all the roaches are coming from. Highly disappointed in Days Inn and Wyndham in particular.

The room was dirty and not well taken care of.

This place is extremely nasty. I book a room for my uncle and he didn’t stay because his room was filthy.

The full size bed was smaller than normal but was very comfortable.

Our room's water was luke warm. It did not get hot at all. There was mold on the wall around the closet. The check out staff was rude. We were told at check in, breakfast (packs of muffins) were from 6-10. When we went at 9:00 to get some, she said it ended at 9:00 (almost like we shouldnt get anything), even though a sign was up stating it was open until 10:00. She said sign was from previous owner. The juice machine does not work at all. When you ask, she says if it's empty we're out of juice. I asked if it worked at all( ;because you can tell there hadn't been anything in it) she then said no. So they pre-plan to tell you they are out when they never had any to begin with it. It's false advertising. We booked 2 rooms with a total of 10 people. We asked if there were any more muffins, she said she would check. She went in the back room with attitude, stayed for almost 10 minutes and came back and said, we're out. The no hot water, breakfast issue(staff lying), rudeness issue (morning staff) made this a horrible experience. We were busy and did not have time to ask a different room and move our stuff , but wanted too because of water, but I wonder if all the rooms are alike or based on staffs rudeness if we would have been accommodated if we had asked.
