How clean it was , spacious, and everything worked .

The stairs if it was elevators it would be nice .

This hotel is very affordable, clean and the staff is very attentive and eager to make sure you do not have any problems during your stay. They have hired new staff and the rooms are being reconstructed.

I will never book with this hotel again. This hotel is in a very bad condition. Everything is broken and dirty. The bathroom was dirty, and the top was clogged. The sink was clogged, and once I called the reception, they came in, unclogged it with a very strong chemical that I couldn’t stay in the room and I had to tell them to not use the chemical anymore Too much noise outside at night, especially over the weekend. I will never book with this hotel again.

Was quiet but obviously an older facility that needed and was under renovation. TV didn’t work in my original room so I was moved into a different room. (The TV issue incidentally is one of the reasons why I checked out of my previous hotel in Augusta). No breakfast but Dunkin and Starbucks across the parking lot.

The front desk person was super helpful and friendly. I had issues to open my door and before I could call the front desk he was already on his way to check on me. My room did not smell as smoke which I'm thankful for.

The room seemed generally clean but the facility is outdated so you can see buildup on the wallpaper corners and such. The water pressure was too strong and the tub did not drain properly. There was a stain on one of the pillows, not necessarily dirty but if it's stained I believe it should be thrown away. I paid around $76 dollars per night for a one king bed room which I believe isn't the value of what I got but this was the one place with better reviews out of the lower priced hotels in the area.

First room wouldn’t open. Put me in another room that reeked of marijauna so badly that all of my clothes require multiple washings to get the smell out, even though they never left my suitcase. It was horrible.
